We are not hobbyists. Rhinestone Shirts and transfers are our main business so rest assured we will provide you with a high quality professional item.
We can offer fast turnaround, and depending on the order size, most orders will ship within 3-7 business days.
We offer custom rhinestone designs for your logo, pictures, or artwork. The artwork submitted must be your own or you must have permission to use it. We here at Rhinestonefetish.com assume our customers have the rights for usage on all trademarked and/or copyrighted logos and designs submitted to us. We will assume no responsibility in any trademark or copyright infringement disputes. By purchasing from us the customer agrees to assume any liability resulting from actions or demands brought against us for trademark or copyright infringements. We reserve the right to display on our website any logo or design that we digitize as an example of the quality of our work. We reserve the right to refuse an order if the content appears to be questionable.
We have no minimum.
Please note, most of our rhinestone shirts and transfers are for adult use only. Our transfers are not intended for children or for children's apparel. Pleae enquire about our lead free rhinestones for children apparel. We may be able to create your design with the low lead rhinestones or rhinestuds.

If you want to use a specific font, please send it as a jpg, bmp, gif, pdf, dxf, cdr because we may not have it.
3. Desired Dimensions - what you want the finished transfer size to be.
4. Material - rhinestones or possible rhinestuds if available.
5. Rhinestone color request
6. Transfer Only or Finished Shirts (Ladies Fitted, T-Shirt, Tank Top, Long Sleeve, etc.)
7. Quantity needed - We have no minimum order but offer discounts please let us know how many pieces you would like us to quote you for.
We will email you the quote. Once the order is placed we will provide you will a digital proof. We do not consider an order placed until payment is received in full. We allow for two revisions of your proof, a major and minor revision. A major revision includes a size change or essentially re-working your proof, and a minor revision includes a color change or adjusting a few stones. Should you require further proof revisions, there will be a $10 fee per additional revision. Please note any proof changes, may delay the delivery time.
All images and artwork are copyright protected. Rhinestone Shoppe LLC will own copyright to any finished graphic design produced by Rhinestone Shoppe LLC.
The digital proof is an excellent representation of how your finished transfer will look but please realize it is only a representation so colors may appear differently on your computer monitor than they will actually look.
Payment in full is required for all custom orders. All sales are final.
Payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Paypal for custom orders. Once you approve an order, please let us know which payment method you would like to use so we may invoice you.
Delivery of custom orders usually takes 3-5 business days for small orders. Large orders (over 25 pieces) may take up to 2 weeks. We will let you know when you can expect your order prior to placing it.
Rush service may be available. If you need your transfers shipped the next day we may be able to accommodate, please inquire first. For rush service, orders and payment must be received by 12:00pm eastern time in order to be shipped the following day. Rush service is subject to a rush charge which is based on the specifications of each transfer and is usually on a per transfer basis with a $20 rush minimum. The rush charge is for production only and does not include expedited shipping.
Custom design includes any modification to our existing designs such as a color change.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL ORDERS
Indemnity Clause: Buyer guarantees they have legal rights to use all marks, logos, words, symbols, designs or art as their submitted artwork. Buyer assumes responsibility for the design and sole responsibility of Rhinestone Shoppe LLC. Rhinestone Shoppe LLC is to manufacture the product according to the design and specifications approved by the buyer. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Rhinestone Shoppe LLC and its agents, officers, representatives and employees harmless for all damages as well as attorney's fees spent with regard to any and all legal actions which result from the production of any artwork submitted by said buyer, including from and against any and all claims, demands, suits or causes of action for infringement of patent, copyright, and trademark.
All Maryland customers will be charged 6% sales tax unless you are a retail business purchasing for resale and have a sales tax exemption certificate on file. Exemption certificates can be submitted via email, mail. It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide us with this form prior to ordering.
Return, Exchange, and Claims Policy
Please review our return policy before placing your order.
Items Eligible for Return
Only defective or incorrectly shipped items are eligible for refund or exchange.
All items are made to order... Therefore, all sales are Final. Incorrect sizing on orders, are not eligible for return. Please inquire regarding sizing information "before" purchase. Please note: shirts are fitted.
An item will be considered defective when more than 5% of the products show the following characteristics:
a. Loose Elements:
· Heat transfer glue does not attach to a pure non processed 100% cotton surface.
· Heat transfer backing is detached from the bottom surface of the element to show.
· Single product package contains more than one color shade.
· Loose elements may have different color shades each time they are produced. This cannot be a cause for which the product can be considered defective.
b. Custom Transfer Production:
· Design is different than the approved or submitted artwork by more than 5% on the placement of materials.
· Color of materials on transfer is incorrect. (This excludes the difference caused due to the shade difference on each production batch.)
**Incorrectly Shipped or Missing Items
If an item appears to be missing from your package, please take the following steps before contacting Customer Service.
· Check package thoroughly as items can shift under packaging materials during transit.
· Please verify that the items are not on back-order.
· Check if there is any type of damage in the packaging that could have caused partial loss of products.
Claim and Return Procedure
1. Claim has to be received via email or fax within 48 hours of receipt of products from the shipping company.
2. Our claim department will issue RMA(return merchandise authorization) Code.
3. Return the items in their original packaging with a copy of the original invoice as well as RMA code provided by our Claim Department.
4. Exchange items will be sent when the defective or incorrect items are received in to the claims department.
5. Refund of the defective or incorrect items will be issued once we received the defective or incorrect items.

Additional Important Information
· The replacement item will be shipped via FedEx ground or USPS priority mail service if the products are in stock. Most customers will be able to receive its replacement products within 2 - 3 business days after we ship it out.
· If customers do not report any incident during the 48 hours period, Rhinestone Shoppe reserves the right to rectify the issue within 14 days of the day the claim was made.
· Claims made after 7 days of the receipt of goods will be handled case by case.
· If Rhinestone Shoppe doesn't receive the claimed items back from customer within 7 business days (10 business days for international) from the date Rhinestone Shoppe approved the return, Rhinestone Shoppe has right to cancel the approval of return. Any items returned from customer after this time frame won't be accepted.
· Shipping and handling fees are excluded from any type of refund.
· Replacement items will be sent on a standard prepaid postage with our default carrier.
· Exchange items will be sent when the defective or incorrect items are received in to the claim department. Customer will be able to have the exchange items shipped earlier by making new purchase and have a refund on the returned items once received by us.
· Damaged, lost or delayed items or packages will have to be claimed with the freight company. Rhinestone Shoppe will assist on the claim only if merchandise was shipped with our company's account
· We make no warranties or guarantee and are not liable for any defect in, or damages resulting on the use of these goods. All goods are sold "as is". We make no warranties or guarantees as to size of garment, dye ability, color fastness, color shade match between production, batch, shrinkage, or wash ability. Strength of glue will remain the best when properly applied. Please ask our customer service representatives for a list of non-compatible surfaces. Due to the impossibility to test all possible surfaces, customer must do their own testing to check product compatibility before production. All shirts are made to order. All sales are Final.
· Return request of loose material from Customer with any reason not mentioned above may be accepted with 20% restocking fee upon Rhinestone Shoppes' approval.
